Health Guarantee
All puppies undergo strict examination and diagnosis from a Korean animal hospital before being shipped overseas. Puppies will also be examined for extensive checkups through vets in animal quarantine stations in order to diagnose any potential health issues prior to travel.
This is to ensure that the puppy is sent without health or congenital issues and also to ensure the best health condition for the puppy
However, it is possible that your puppy develops any untreatable congenital defect after being sent to you.
In order to deal with such situations, we provide a health guarantee for virus/genetic defects for one year. Followings are included :
- Congenital defect cause death
- Heart defects (scale 4 or above)
- Virus Infection cause death (Parvovirus, Measles, Rabies)
When making a claim for the guarantee, we require you to send us a copy of all of your initial vet exams that clearly indicates the death was caused by only congenital issues / no fault of the owner within 48 hours of initial diagnosis.
The documents will be reviewed by our veterinarian and additional documents may be required.
Compensation will be made through mutual agreement.
Cancellation of Reserved Puppy
Before a flight reservation has been made, cancellation is possible with 100% refund. However, once a flight reservation has been completed, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
